By purchasing or accessing the Whiz Communicator Launchpad course offered by KRIYA Whiz, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Course Access and Validity
Upon successful purchase of the Whiz Communicator Launchpad course, the student will receive access to the course content through the KRIYA Whiz online platform.
The course access will remain valid for 270 days (approximately nine months) from the date of purchase. During this period, students may access the lessons, downloadable resources, and course materials available within the program.
After the access period expires, the course content will no longer be available unless extended or re purchased.
2. Individual Access
Each course purchase grants access to one student only.
The login credentials provided for accessing the course must not be shared with any other individual. If multiple logins or unusual activity are detected from different users, KRIYA Whiz reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the account without prior notice.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases made for the Whiz Communicator Launchpad course are non refundable.
Once the course has been purchased and access has been granted, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Payment Gateway Issues
In the event that a payment is deducted but the course access is not granted due to a payment gateway error, the amount will typically be automatically refunded within 72 hours by the payment service provider.
If the refund is not received within this time period, users may contact contact@kriyawhiz.com with the relevant transaction details.
5. Course Completion and Certificate
Students who complete the course requirements will be eligible to receive a downloadable Certificate of Completion issued by KRIYA Whiz.
The certificate is provided for recognition of course participation and completion. It does not represent a formal academic qualification or accreditation from any educational authority.
6. Learning Responsibility
The Whiz Communicator Launchpad course is designed as a self paced learning program.
Students are encouraged to practice the exercises and activities provided in the course regularly. Communication skills improve through consistent effort and practice.
KRIYA Whiz does not guarantee specific outcomes such as competition wins, academic results, or performance improvements, as these depend on the student's individual effort and engagement.
7. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, guides, worksheets, exercises, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of KRIYA Whiz.
These materials are intended solely for personal learning use by the enrolled student. Copying, distributing, recording, or sharing the course content in any form without written permission from KRIYA Whiz is strictly prohibited.
8. Lesson Companion and Enrichment Guides
The course may include additional learning materials such as Lesson Companion Guides and Lesson Enrichment Guides.
These resources are designed to help students review key concepts and practice the skills introduced in the lessons. Access to these materials is provided as part of the course learning support.

10. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary internet connection and device access required to view the course content.
KRIYA Whiz will not be responsible for technical issues arising from device incompatibility, internet connectivity problems, or user side technical limitations.

12. Changes to Course Content
