Our Vision is to create a nationwide and global network of confident young communicators who can think independently, speak with structure and conviction, and take initiative in academics, competitions, and leadership roles.

We envision KRIYA Whiz as a platform that sets a clear benchmark for disciplined, skill based communication training in schools and beyond.

Mission

The mission of KRIYA WHiz is to deliver structured, skill based training in communication, public speaking, leadership, and critical thinking with clear learning outcomes and measurable progress.

We focus on practical application, disciplined practice, and performance based evaluation so that students build real competence, not just confidence.

Our Team

I am a Personality Development and Communication Skills Coach, Educator, Executive Trainer, and certified NLP Practitioner focused on building confidence, clarity, and effective expression. With over twelve years of experience in education, I have worked with reputed institutions in Pune, supporting student development and academic growth.

I have trained thousands of students on essential twenty first century skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, creative thinking, creative writing, and personality development

I have also trained hundreds of homemakers, entrepreneurs, and professionals in communication and business communication, improving professional presence, interpersonal effectiveness, leadership communication, and workplace confidence.

I am a National Level Award winner for case study presentations and a published author of original poetic renditions. I hold a C1 Advanced English certification from the British Council.

My focus is helping individuals communicate clearly, present confidently, and express themselves with authenticity and competence.

Drives the business development efforts, and establishing strategic partnerships with a wide range of organizations and educational institutions to expand KRIYA Whiz's reach and impact.

Oversees strategy formulation, operational management, and financial administration to ensure the organization's growth, efficiency, and financial stability.

Leads the design and implementation of comprehensive training modules pertaining to Leadership Development, Stakeholder Management, Business Communication, and other essential areas that empower organizations and individuals to excel in today's competitive business environment.

Is also the Founder and Director of Mindsport Astra, responsible for overall strategy, program development, and execution of sports psychology and performance training initiatives.

He has a rich corporate experience, having worked with leading organizations such as Infosys Ltd, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, and UBS AG, and has operated in senior leadership roles and handled key strategic initiatives
